The myblu device battery is covered by our 2 year warranty. If you experience a fault with your myblu e-cigarette device during the warranty period, you may be able to make an exchange at no extra cost to you.
This warranty only applies where the battery device has been used as intended in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. In the event you need to exchange your blu product, please get in touch with blu Support, who'll be happy to help.
Please note that the myblu device warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
