Yes. If your product develops a fault and you have purchased it from blu.com, please return with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase, and we will arrange a full refund.
If covered by the warranty and a fault arises outside the 30 day window, you may be eligible to receive a replacement, for the duration of the warranty. Please see FAQ for how to return.
Always get in touch if you are not satisfied with your blu products. You may have additional rights under the Consumer Right Act if your products are not of satisfactory quality.
