The 3-second puff duration is often used in international standards for measuring emissions. However, our consumer behaviour insights suggest that most users do not take puffs that last for three seconds in real-world usage. Using a 3-second duration might therefore overestimate the amount of e-liquid consumed per puff, leading to fewer total puffs available from the device.
